The Rundown: The investigation heats up and Powers Division is in the crosshairs.

Dr. Gates holds a press conference where he not only affirms his company has the best chance at finding the killer but also throws Powers Division under the bus in the process. At the same time, Kutter laments her work on the case and decides to pay Legacy Star a visit with a proposal as the walls continue to close around the Division.
Pilgrim and Moon are still with their only suspect and Moon runs into a familiar face who shows them the new generation of Powers as well as gives them information about their investigation including the victim. Both detectives discover some dark truths about these new powered individuals and their new philosophy as their investigation continues to grow in scope.
The Story: Bendis makes a thought provoking, intense and engaging story in this issue. I continue to enjoy seeing the evolution of these characters and their world. There are some interesting character moments throughout the issue and I really enjoy where the story leaves the characters and the reader at the end of the issue.
The Art: Michael Avon Oeming delivers beautiful art throughout the issue. The story is beautifully character focused and the art reflects it with great character designs and interactions.
