The Rundown: Tee encounters the final man who tortured her and discovers something dark about the fifth.

The fourth man on her list gets the drop on her with a gun and forces her to throw away her weapon. As he taunts her for her mission, he reveals the truth about the fifth man she is seeking and she sees that this man has not aged in the time she was gone. She sees him finally for the actual demon that he is as the fourth man unleashes his own weapons on Tee.
After doing something unexpected, Tee faces off against the fourth man she is seeking revenge on and neither he nor his demon realize that she is not the first person to have seen this demon before and Tee is not as unarmed against it as he thought she would be.
The Story: Starks brings this story to a satisfying and thrilling conclusion with its supernatural and narrative twists. I loved the backstory in this issue and how it relates to Tee’s journey and how it helps her settle on a purpose outside of revenge. It makes the story more complicated and compelling and I appreciate that Starks was willing to create something more intriguing than a simple revenge story.
The Art: Kowalski crafts beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue.
