The Rundown: The team discovers a way to stop Doom’s ability to never lose.

After time is reset again ensuring another victory for Doom against not only the FF but the Avengers as well, the Fantastic Four discover their damaged time sled with a message left by Sue confirming what Doom has been doing. A revelation that will lead Reed and the others to discover that Doom has hidden a device in the world that powers his plans.

Taking a trip to a frozen wasteland, the team digs into the ice and discovers Doom’s machine. Unfortunately, destroying the device not only attracts Doom to their location but also proves impossible based on its connection to time itself. As the team battles Doom, Johnny discovers something that might disrupt the machine, but it might cost them everything in the process.

The Story: North crafts a fun, entertaining and thrilling story in this issue. I love the team dynamics in this issue and how well they work as a group. There are moments of great humor and surprises throughout and I love seeing Reed in the position to discover the truth. I love his optimism and personality in this story as well as the blistering action and adventure throughout the issue.

The Art: Ramos delivers stunning art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and the action is absolutely beautiful.
