The Rundown: An infected Batman has little time to track down the source of the infection before it strikes Gotham.

Batman has been infected by an unknown virus, but Terrific allows him to leave to continue his investigation with the promise that he will quarantine within 48 hours. Oracle locates information that will lead Batman to a possible suspect located overseas that might have answers to the virus and heads there as Bruce Wayne to investigate.
After meeting with the billionaire known as Louis King, he is brought into his exclusive casino for a night of games. After following King to his underground lab, Batman is ambushed by the man calling himself The Lion who seems to have a connection not only to Batman, but Gotham.
The Story: Taylor continues to craft an engaging and suspenseful story for Batman in this arc. I am impressed with the villain in this story as well as the rising tension not only for the potential infection of Gotham but also the growing infection inside Bruce. I loved seeing the Bruce Wayne persona being used and the story has a fantastic sense of urgency as well as engaging mystery.
The Art: Janin creates some truly stunning and visually impressive art throughout the issue. I love Janin’s visual style and attention to detail both in the characters and the environments they inhabit.
