The Rundown: Kutter confronts the killer while Moon worries about his job.

Kutter and Gates make their way to Dr. Lore’s home and discover that she has suffered the same fate as the original victim in her investigation. As they investigate the scene, Kutter finds the killer attempting to escape after bringing the home down around them. At the same time, Moon finds himself worried about his job as he is confronted by Pilgrim and Enki in the wake of his fight.

After being cleared, Moon goes to find his partner and the two compare notes about what they discovered as Gates makes a hasty retreat and the cops go looking for another member of the poker game and potential victim only to find that they might be too late.

The Story: Bendis continues to create a great story in this issue. There is great action in the beginning of the issue and I really enjoy the parallel stories happening with the members of this team. I liked the moments with Moon a lot and how Pilgrim is able to help him. I also really enjoyed Kutter revealing her plan and what that will mean for the partners going forward. The story ends with a great cliffhanger that makes me excited to see what happens next.

The Art: Michael Avon Oeming creates beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. Every page has something interesting to explore.
