The Rundown: The seniors learn more about the alien as the military continues to move in.
Brock continues to tell the others what the alien went through as he is communicating with it and part of that story includes Loretta’s past and their shared history. At the same time, a military unit is tracking the creature.
When one of the seniors begins to have a health issue, the creature does something unexpected to protect the seniors it’s communicating with before they finally decide to find a way to help it.
The Story: Williams crafts a thrilling, entertaining story in this issue. I continue to like the premise of this story as well as the characters and there are some fun elements throughout the story. I really enjoyed the action in this issue and the world building within it. I look forward to seeing what happens next.
The Art: Vendrell creates some great visuals throughout the issue. I really like the visual style of the issue and the character designs.
