The Rundown: The cats manage to escape, but leaving the facility will lead to more danger.

Elsie and the other cats escape from their cages and manage to make their way into the vents as the humans go hunting for them. After finding a way down, they are forced to hide in a room full of infected cats including Leland. As the infected escape, Elsie and the others find Moosh, but Elsie is hesitant about saving the dog while she and Lord wonder if they are infected themselves.
At the same time, Ghost and the freed dogs take down one of the scientists and start their own attempt at escape. Unfortunately, their journey will take them deeper into the facility and face to face with Elsie and her group.
The Story: Fleecs crafts a thrilling, exciting adventure in this issue. I love the parallel stories with both the cats and the Stray Dogs characters and how they ultimately find each other. There is great action and suspense throughout the story and I look forward to seeing what happens between these two groups.
The Art: Forstner and Rodriguez craft some beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of this series and how it blends the darker elements with the colorful, animation style characters.
