The Rundown: The heroes learn more about the assassin and her connection to their fallen friend.

In the past, Prion has become part of the team with Green Arrow, Batman and Black Canary. The four of them are on a mission to stop a train hijacking and in their success, Prion learns more about Batman as a person. In the present, the young assassin has escaped but is being tracked by Ollie who discovers that she has found her way to Dinah.
After stopping another assassination attempt, the three heroes track the girl to a home outside Gotham where Batman discovers how she is being controlled. Dinah goes in to speak to the girl who wants to leave after discovering something from her father, but their escape will force Dinah to reveal a dark truth.
The Story: Taylor continues to craft a great mystery in this issue. I really like how the story is building on who Prion was a character and how his presence both connects these heroes but also changes them into who they are in the present. I like the twist with the young assassin as well and want to see more of that story develop. I am really enjoying the secrets being revealed in this arc and look forward to seeing what actually happened to their fallen friend.
The Art: Janin creates some beautifully detailed art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and character designs a lot.
