The Rundown: Savage and Ivy enact their plan to end Batman and one of his allies will fall.

Batman and his allies are under siege. Vandal Savage is coming and he has the full weight of the Mayor, Pamela Isley behind him. They plan to raid every bunker Batman has set up in the city over the years and Bruce is going to need the help of everyone to find them and shut them down.
As his agents move throughout the city, Oracle monitors and directs from the Watchtower. Things get difficult for all of them as Damian is sent on a special assignment after Bruce has a heart to heart with his son. As the team evades the task force and Batman and Robin send a dramatic message to the new Commissioner, one of them will be captured and publicly exposed.
The Story: Fraction creates an intense and thrilling story in this issue. I love seeing Batman in the role of mentor, father and tactician. The moment between Bruce and the Pennyworth AI was great and I love the moments with him and Damian. There is great action throughout the story and it builds to some great moments before a shocking and unexpected event that surprised and delighted me. I cannot wait to see what happens next.
The Art: Sook crafts some beautifully detailed and visually thrilling art throughout the issue. I love the visuals immensely.
