The Rundown: Young Justice’s adventures in the multiverse continue as they land on one wrong Earth after another.
The Gemworld Councils plan to trap Amethyst and company in the multiverse appears to be working as Young Justice finds itself propelled from one Earth to another.
Running into different heroes causes the newest members anxiety while Bart finds it all amusing and fun. Only Robin, Wonder Girl and Superboy seem to be working on solutions and their next trip leaves them trapped on an alternate Earth where Superman rules with an iron fist and the young heroes have to convince him and the rest of his League to give them the chance to find their way home.
Unfortunately, their journey continues to have unexpected consequences.
The Story: Bendis continues to keep this story light, which allows it to breathe and be more interesting and compelling to the reader. Adding the Kingdom Come world to the story was a brilliant move and reminded me how much I enjoy the DC multiverse and all the stories it generates. A fun story that hints at something interesting to come.
The Art: The entire art team delivers some great, fun and vibrant visuals. Every page is filled with beautiful details and a fun, light energy that complements the tone of the story and the characters.
