The Rundown: When the government comes for the Factory, Cyclops gives them a dangerous message.

After the X-Men invaded Graymalkin prison to retrieve one of their own, the government sends in their forces to surround the factory and Magneto prepares to fight and possibly die to protect the mutants inside. When Cyclops and the rest of the team arrives, Scott tells him that he has a plan. One that will require Agent Lundqvist to be let into the facility.

As the two opposing forces face off, Scott tells the agent that coming to their facility was a mistake and that he is prepared to show him and the government how big a mistake that is. What Lundqvist doesn’t know is that the Hellions are at work dismantling his organization piece by piece in a series of attacks that will lead to a tense standoff and a harsh lesson from Scott Summers.

The Story: MacKay crafts a story in this issue that continues to showcase everything I love about Cyclops as a character. The story shows why Scott is a born leader and how strategic his mind is. I love seeing the story transition between the conversation between Scott and Lundqvist and the action happening offsite. There is wonderful tension between both parts of the story and it culminates with Scott showing what a badass he can really be.

The Art: Diaz delivers amazing art throughout the issue. I love the visual tone of the conversation and how beautifully the action is both stylish and dramatic.
