One of the biggest blockbusters of the summer is coming to Digital and Blu-Ray/DVD sooner than you think.
It was announced today that the highly successful and critically acclaimed Wonder Woman film would be released on Digital August 29, 2017. The Blu-Ray / DVD release of the film will come September 19, 2017. What was also revealed was that among the special features including behind the scenes documentaries and blooper reels, there is apparently an Epilogue to the movie. Here is the full list of special features on the Wonder Woman Steelbook Special Edition set.

The Wonder Woman epilogue is what I found the most appealing and it turns out that the epilogue will be a short film that takes place after the events of the film (Like one of the Marvel One-Shots that would feature in the Blu-Ray release of the MCU film.). This short will feature Lucy Davis reprising her role of Etta Candy in a short titled “Etta’s Mission”.
The short will feature Candy finding and getting back together Steve’s team from the war and embarking on “a secret mission that could impact humanity’s future.” Whether or not Diana will make an appearance is unknown, but this also might not be the last time we see Etta Candy either. Davis sent out a tweet stating “Learning new Etta lines while on holiday this week!” Considering the short is already completed and the Wonder Woman sequel is still being written, could we be seeing Etta cameo on another DCEU project coming up?
