The Rundown: Dr. Psycho makes his next move against Diana while Etta gets closer to Villainy Inc.
After getting a series of men hooked on his special “milk”, Dr. Psycho takes the next step in his plan against Wonder Woman by having a 50 foot version of himself attacking her openly. Diana discovers that the Cizko she’s fighting is not real and is actually the work of another villain who is working with her nemesis.
At the same time, Siegfried and Steve have their position compromised and find themselves facing off against Dr. Poison as Etta calls in help from an old professor of hers who happens to be another member of Villainy Inc.
The Story: There are elements of this story that are interesting and I like seeing Diana confronting and altering her tactics. Unfortunately, a lot of the story elements feel tedious. Siegfried and Steve are quickly becoming liabilities that serve no other purpose than to either get captured or hamper Diana’s progress. Honestly, the story with Etta was more compelling and even Cizko’s confrontation with the Management is more interesting. The story is good, but the side stories take away from it.
The Art: The visuals are beautifully detailed and fun. The action is brutal and filled with great energy.
