I must confess that I have become a bad geek. As much as I love and encourage others to engage in comic book culture, specifically comic book TV shows, I have fallen off on my viewership of the very shows that I advocate to others. It’s not like I don’t still love these shows and want to watch them, its been much easier to engage in shows like Daredevil on Netflix because I can sit down and watch the whole season, or break it up into four episodes per day vs having to plan weekly to watch something. I know all of this is a first world problem and that having too much of the thing that you love is barely a problem at all, but I am honestly trying to support the things that I am a fan of in order for them to stay on the air.

So, as the title suggests, I am going to confess to where I am on these shows and hopefully, the people who read this site can tell me where I need to be.

The Flash (CW)

The last episode of the Flash that I watched was “Running to Stand Still” which is the ninth episode of the current season. I am currently ten episodes behind and this is the one that really bothers me because of how much I love the character and how interested I am in the Zoom storyline. I’m missing King Shark, Earth 2 and everything that the season finale of the first season was promising. This is my top priority as far as catching back up and I know I need to just buckle down and watch, but Hulu is only showing me the last five episodes, which is making it a little harder.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (ABC)

The last episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D that I watched was “Maveth”, the tenth episode of season three. While I found the resolution of the Grant Ward storyline satisfying (there was always a small part of me that thought he might be able to find some kind of redemption), I stopped watching the show as real life commitments became increasingly more important. I am currently ten episodes behind and I am sure I wont be able to catch up before going to see Captain America: Civil War. I am also suffering with the same issue with Hulu in that the middle of the season episodes are missing.

I will catch up on both shows as soon as I can because they seem to continually get better and I want them to come back.
