The Rundown: The truth about Captain Krakoa is revealed as the truth threatens Orchis.
Doctor Stasis discovers that the secrets Orchis has been hiding about the Hellfire Gala massacre and he decides to call in Captain Krakoa to take out the reporter digging into their lies. At the same time, Captain America and his unity squad are getting closer to finding the secret base the MLF is using and the discovery is the final clue of who Captain Krakoa really is.
When the team discovers that the nuke Krakoa stole is in play, Steve splits up the team to go after it and rescue Ben Urich. A fight that will reveal the truth behind Captain Krakoa and his plans for the world.
The Story: While the mystery of who Captain Krakoa is wasn’t really that hard to determine, Duggan does a great job of revealing it to the reader. The story has some intense action and a great sense of suspense and rising tension. I enjoyed the story a lot and how personal it is about to get for Steve Rogers. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
The Art: Garron delivers some powerful art throughout the issue. The imagery is filled with great action and detail and the final reveal at the end was visually stunning to see.
