The Moon Knight series coming to Disney+ will explore the complicated mind of Marc Spector. In order to do that in a way that will surprise and entertain audiences, Marvel Studios has brought in someone to lead the writing team for the new series.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel Studios has hired writer Jeremy Slater to lead the writing team for the upcoming Marvel series for Disney+.
Jeremy Slater is known for co-writing 2015’s Fantastic Four reboot with Josh Trank. He wrote the Netflix live adaptation of the anime Death Note and the created the TV version of The Exorcist. He recently co-created the Netflix adaptation of the Dark Horse Comics series The Umbrella Academy from Gerard Way and Gabriel Ba which is currently shooting its second season.
Disney+ launches November 12th. No release date has been given for the Moon Knight series.
