The Rundown: Spider-Man and Green Goblin face off against the Kingpin.

Peter Parker sits down to have a meal with his family and cannot hide the amount of physical damage he’s taken. Damage that will prompt him to finally tell them the truth about what he’s been doing.

The night before, he and Green Goblin continue their stakeout of Wilson Fisk before finally breaking into his apartment to confront him about his connections to more dangerous powers. A confrontation that will test both nascent heroes and their ability to take on the higher stakes in the dangerous game they are playing.

The Story: Hickman continues to deliver a quality story that impresses me with each issue. This continues to be the kind of Spider-Man I wanted to see with an evolution of the character that he deserved. The story has great action, humor and thrills throughout and culminates in some great moments for Peter and his family as well as silently ramp up the problems and potential threats all of them face. I continue to look forward to this series and the eagerly anticipate the next issue.

The Art: Checchetto offers some awesome art throughout the issue. The visuals are vibrant and capture the thrills of the story beautifully.
