Deron GenerallyNetflix has released a new trailer for their upcoming serial killer series Mindhunter.
The series, which is executive produced by David Fincher (Gone Girl) and Charlize Theron (Atomic Blonde) focuses on the early days of the FBI and the establishment of guidelines in criminal psychology and criminal profiling in relation to serial murder. In order to learn about the behaviors and pathology that drives serial killers, two FBI agents need to get close to killers in custody as they begin to profile serial murder and utilize that knowledge to investigate unsolved crimes.
The series stars Jonathan Groff (Glee) and Holt McCallany (Blue Bloods) as the investigators and Anna Torv (Fringe) as a psychologist brought in to help.
Mindhunter is set to debut on Netflix October 13, 2017.
