The Rundown: Panthro goes on a solo mission and discovers another threat to the Thundercats.
Panthro knows that the Thundercats are running out a rare mineral that they use to power their weapons and has discovered a similar mineral on Third Earth. Taking the Thundertank out by himself, Panthro goes hunting for the mineral.
After dealing with his own issues with Lion-O and others, Panthro finds himself being hunted from the skies by a small army of Vulturemen who reveal that there is something about the planet connected to the history of the Thundercats.
The Story: Shalvey continues to create a great world filled with awesome action and thrills. I like that the story takes the time to explore adventures for each character as the group finds a way to survive on Third Earth. This issue with Panthro was a great adventure filled with great action and pacing. I continue to enjoy the growing threats to the characters as well as the reveals which add more rich layers to the story and the world. A truly entertaining issue that makes me excited to see what happens next.
The Art: Moss delivers great art in the issue. The visuals are beautifully detailed and the action is filled with thrilling imagery.
