The Rundown: Geralt returns to his burning escape for a final confrontation with the man trying to take it from him.
Sir Bolius and his men have surrounded and set fire to the home Geralt is trying to keep and Yennifer is trapped inside. As Geralt races back to the home with his prize, the Witcher finds the place on fire. Yen attempts to defend herself as Geralt arrives and fights to defend her. As the battle continues, Cleantaest arrives with the cursed boy Anto who wants nothing to do with his father.
As things continue to become tense between father and son, Geralt questions his new ally about the fate of the others before realizing that they have been betrayed and their charge is more dangerous and powerful than he realized.
The Story: Sztybor brings this story to an exciting conclusion with action, thrills and a great message for the character and fans thereof. The story has great tension throughout and a great buildup of action and adventure. I continue to love the world being created in this series and this story has a great final moment that sums up everything interesting and tragic about the Witcher.
The Art: Mastantuono delivers some great art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and the visceral brutality of the action.
