The Rundown: With time running out, Thor and Sif return to Asgard to take on Loki.

As the humans deal with the world the Maker has created, Thor and Sif return to the nine realms to find a way to free them from Loki who has murdered Odin and taken control. After convincing two dwarves to make them cloaks that render them invisible, they take a tour of the realms and see what Loki has done to them. A tour that will allow them to recruit allies and see the extent of Loki’s influence.
As the pair grow closer, Thor makes a trip alone to make a deal with an old enemy. At the same time, Sif breaks into the palace when Loki is away and frees someone who can help bring vitality back to the ailing Asgardians. As Thor and his forces press war on the realms, Tony Stark confronts Doom about something equally dangerous.
The Story: Camp continues to craft a thrilling, inventive and entertaining story in this issue. I loved the serious tone of the story and how it was balanced with the rhythmic nature of the prose. It had the feel of a mythical epic poem as the events unfolded. I continue to be immersed in the unique elements of this world and cannot wait for the next issue.
The Art: Frigeri delivers beautifully detailed and visually impressive art throughout the issue. A beautifully evocative experience.
