DC Comics
Written by Dan Abnett

Letters by Tom Napolitano
In order to win back the normal life that she’s been fighting for, Honor will have to make the ultimate sacrifice.
Any ambivalence one might have had about just how evil Talia Al Ghul is goes right out the window in this issue. With the entire Leviathan civil war revealed to be a massive loyalty test, Talia emerges to her former followers and demands their fealty. While every warring faction and fighter in the room agrees, Honor is the lone hold out.
In an act of defiance, Honor attacks. Silencer puts up a valiant effort, but Talia always has more than one plan in the works and the representative from the US Embassy currently helping Honor’s family has a secret that will force Honor to make a painful decision. A decision that will make her complicated identity even more dangerous.
I like the fact that this issue ends on a somber note. There’s not going to be a happy ending for Honor and her realization of just how dangerous Talia can be is even more tragic as she is forced to make a choice that will condemn her dream of a normal life. Abnett takes the character down a dark road and sets up more darkness and danger to come for both Honor and her family under the thumb of Talia. It’s an interesting and emotional story that creates great drama going forward.
Jack Herbert’s art is good. I liked the action and fight scenes in the issue and there are some really good panels tha utilize shadow in a cool way to convey menace.
