The Rundown: As the Princess tries to make a friend, Pigeon returns for vengeance.
As things on Harlos continue to become more difficult, one of the gods decides to take matters into his own hands when dealing with the creatures threatening his domain. On the surface, the princess fin herself in chains and being taken by the Foreman along with others for a new sacrifice.
Before they can begin their journey, they are attacked by a relentless and powerful foe in the form of Pigeon who is seeking revenge on everyone who wrong him. Revenge that will bring him back to his family and a possibly darker fate.
The Story: Remender continues to craft a thrilling and entertaining story in this issue. I loved the action, thrills and how dark the story gets for Pigeon. I like how the characters continue to overlap in unexpected ways and how their stories to continue to intertwine. I am thoroughly entertained by the world of this series and look forward to seeing what happens next.
The Art: Fiumara crafts some fierce, fun and visually stunning art throughout the issue. I love the visuals and how evocative and emotional the imagery is throughout.
