The Rundown: Jace seeks out a social media influencer. Gotham City Police Department braces for more changes. And Batman confronts an old enemy.
Jace is alerted that a family member’s photo is leaked online. He then investigates the situation. Meanwhile, Commissioner Montoya addresses the GCPD regarding the impact of new protocols. Finally, Batman heads underground in search of a cure for Tamara. Once there, he is met with something unexpected.
The Story: Things are starting to heat up in Gotham. Upholding the mayor’s new policy is sure to be divisive. And I am very interested in how this will play out amongst the members of the GCPD. I am also anxious for more interactions with the Fox family. Their dynamic always keeps me engaged and waiting for the next piece of their puzzle to be revealed.
The Art: This issue continues with the series’ style of minimalist artwork set with blue and green tones. The color work is appealing. And the facial and physical expressions exhibited by the characters really connect the reader to the intensity of the story.
