The Rundown: An attack in Gotham suggests the return of a feared villain. Meanwhile Jace deals with family issues involving a past mistake.
There is an attack on Arkham Asylum and several people are injured. When the Joker is blamed, a gracious offer is made to a member of the Gotham City Police Department. Back at FoxTech, Lucius meets with Jace to discuss an upcoming disposition. Later Tiffany tries to broker a reconciliation between her brothers. When communications break down between them, a tragedy occurs.
The Story: The Fox family is very intriguing. The animosity between Luke and Jace is palpable. It makes me impatient to know Jace’s backstory. It also makes me excited for the moment when the two discover their similar connection to Batman. I eagerly await the next installment of this tale.
The Art: Minimalist artwork is set of by blue and green color palettes. The changes in palettes clearly mark the story changes from Batman centered, to the happenings of the Fox family. The use of character expression adds depth to the character’s emotions.
