The Rundown: Hulk fights to escape the Man-Thing and Charlie confronts her dark past.

Charlie finds herself in the clutches of a dark creature living in the swamp. A creature with a tragic past that is killing everything and everyone it can find.
At the same time, Hulk is confronted by Man-Thing who is trying to warn him about the bigger threat coming for him. A threat that will use someone close to him to make him a dark offer.
The Story: A brilliantly dark and suspenseful story from Phillip Kennedy Johnson. I continue to love the dark, monstrous tone of this series and this issue brings great action and terror throughout it. I continue to be impressed with the arc being created in this series and its repercussions for both Hulk and Banner. I look forward to seeing what comes next.
The Art: Foreman brilliantly captures the horror elements of the story as well as the body horror moments of transformation. A fantastic looking issue that leans into the horror and suspense elements of the story.
