The Rundown: To rescue Charlie, Hulk goes looking for help at Strange Academy.

The students at Strange Academy think they are sitting down for a quiet evening when the distant booming of what sounds like thunder gets closer. As the school is torn apart, the students prepare to defend it and find themselves facing off against Hulk who is looking for Doctor Strange to help Charlie.

Finding Voodoo instead, the headmaster of the Academy decides to help Charlie, but the mission will be a dangerous one. One that Banner will have to undertake. Unfortunately, Hulk does not trust Banner and decides to follow him into a dark dimension.

The Story: Johnson continues to craft an entertaining and compelling story for Hulk in this arc. The conflict between both sides of the character continues to be important and engaging to the reader. I like the consistency of the rising tension between both parts and the confrontation towards the end of the issue makes me excited to see what’s next for them both.

The Art: Klein beautifully captures the characters and the dark, intense focus of the story. The visuals are scary and filled with tension and emotion.
