The Rundown: Peter tries to turn his fortunes around and finds himself in the middle of a strange mystery.

After quitting Oscorp, Peter decides to get a new job. Unfortunately, his colorful work experience, failed business and frequent absences make that difficult. When he gets an opportunity from an old friend at Rand, he jumps at the chance, but the first meeting with the boss takes a wrong turn when Rhino begins rampaging through the streets. A rampage that will lead Spider-Man into an investigation and a dangerous encounter.
In the city, Norman Osborn holds a press conference to make a big announcement. Unfortunately, that announcement is interrupted by an attack from a man whose life was personally affected by the actions of the Green Goblin. An attack that will lead Norman to make a decision about his future and the future of his company.
The Story: I was wary about diving back into another first issue for Spider-Man, but this issue from Joe Kelly had the feel of classic Spider-Man stories and that is a good thing. Peter dealing with the reality of his choices as he tries to find a steady job is dealt with well in this issue and there are some fun and interesting elements at play in this issue. I liked the Norman Osborn storyline a lot and it ends on an interesting cliffhanger that makes me intrigued by what will happen next.
The Art: Larraz delivers stunning art throughout the issue. I love the visual style as well as the character designs and the action. Romita Jr. delivers solid emotional art in the Norman Osborn story and I really enjoyed the action.
