The Rundown: The original Titans discuss recent events while the Academy members face a deadly threat.
This adventure is a continuation of the storyline from Suicide Squad #3. It begins with the original Titans discussing a previous academy member. When one Titan has a premonition, the group must decide whether to continue their current mission or return to Titans Tower. Elsewhere, Alinta’s history is revealed. Later, the Tower is attacked by enemies and the Teen Titans must protect their home.
The Story: Sheridan has created an engaging crossover storyline. Waller’s reach in the DC universe is interesting. And I would like to know more about her interactions with certain characters. The one downside is the continual skips to different series. It makes for a confusing read if you don’t keep up with multiple comics.
The Art: Detailed drawings are highlighted by a colorful palate. And the character expression really adds to the intensity of the emotion. This is a good looking issue that really draws you into the story.
