The Stephen King adaptations continue with Netflix landing another one after finding success with Gerald’s Game and 1922.
According to a report in Deadline, Netflix has closed a deal to produce and distribute a movie adaptation of ‘In the Tall Grass‘ based on the novella by Stephen King and his son bestselling writer Joe Hill.
Vincenzo Natali (Splice) is set to direct the film adaptation with Steve Hoban, Jimmy Miller and M. Riley producing. According to the log line of the film;
After hearing a young boy’s cry for help, a sister and brother venture into a vast field of grass in Kansas but soon discover that there may be no way out.
The producers are also looking at their first member of the cast with Westworld star James Marsden in negotiations to Star in the film.
