The Rundown: Luke gives his apprentice a lesson with a story from his past.
Luke Skywalker decides that it is time to give his apprentice Ben Solo a lesson before he begins his trials. A lesson that comes from a story from his past before he and the others rescued Han Solo.
On a planet he visited before, Luke finds the spirit of a Jedi from a past era. A Jedi who tells him of a weapon that can kill Palpatine remotely. A weapon they discover does more than that and puts thousands of people at risk.
The Story: Soule employs an interesting framing device to tell an entertaining and engaging story about what it actually means to be good. I enjoyed the callbacks and connections to the High Republic era and how the characters are given an intriguing moral quandary regarding their discovery. I like the more cerebral tone to the story and how it creates a different kind of tension once the characters press the metaphorical red button. The story is a great way to end this particular arc for these characters.
The Art: Musabeokv delivers some stunning art throughout the issue. The visuals are lively and beautifully detailed as they mix in great emotion and action.
