The Rundown: Lando will have to risk everything to save his friend.
The Scourge continues its mission to take all life and make it a part of itself. Lando, Luke, Leia and Chewbacca fight to find and rescue Lobot on a planet covered in killer droids and find themselves overwhelmed by sheer numbers.
After an unexpected rescue, Lando and the others find Lobot and bring him back to the Falcon. Unfortunately, saving Lobot’s life will require something from Lando. Something that could cost the scoundrel everything including the trust of his friends.
The Story: An enjoyable issue that has some great action. The Dark Droids storyline still lacks emotional resonance for me, but the story does a great job of forcing Lando into a situation where he must defend his choices and deal with the consequences of them.
The Art: Musabekov delivers some great art in the issue. The story has a lot of thrilling moments and tension and the art brings that out beautifully.
