The Rundown: Leia, Luke and the others discover something strange in No-Space.
After stealing the Path Engine from the Empire, Luke, Leia, Lando, Chewie and Holdo find themselves on a strange asteroid covered in an energy field that has atmosphere but also prevents them from escaping. After finding a strange young man on the asteroid, the group is attacked by a small band of killer droids.
The rebels find themselves getting an unexpected rescue from a mysterious ship. A mystery ship that requires them to toss out their weapons as it takes them to something they all thought lost, but also might be somewhere they can never escape.
The Story: Soule crafts an entertaining story with great connections to the bigger Star Wars universe being crafted. I like the contained nature of the story and how it is setting up a mystery that I want to see explored. The plot has some great moments for the characters and there are some interesting stakes being created for Luke within it.
The Art: Genolet delivers some great art in the issue. The visuals are fun, engaging and thrilling.
