The Rundown: Space Ghost confronts Zorak for the fate of the kids and possibly the galaxy.

With hostages being held and the authorities unable to storm the collider facility, Space Ghost races inside to take down Zorak and his fanatical followers. Unfortunately, Jan and Jace are being held in the facility as well and Zorak will leverage their lives in exchange for Space Ghost’s power.

As the hero pours his power into the collider, he discovers that Zorak is right about his monstrous patron and Space Ghost is forced to decide between saving the kids and saving the galaxy.

The Story: Pepose crafts a thrilling, action packed conclusion to this arc. The story is filled with fantastic moments of suspense and tension between all the characters. I love seeing how menacing Zorak is as a character and how Pepose crafts him as a dangerously calculating zealot. It adds an intriguing layer to the conflict and confrontations between him and Space Ghost. This story takes some dark and dangerous turns that lead to an intense end that could change everything for the characters.

The Art: Lau delivers some wonderfully intense, dramatic art throughout the issue. The art is beautifully detailed and perfectly captures the dark tone of the story.
