The Rundown: Noa and her new partner investigate the disappearance of a powerful god.
Noa and her detective duck partner have made their way to Mount Olympus to investigate the disappearance of Zeus from the pantheon. After questioning the suspects, namely his family members, Noa decides that their trip is to the underworld to speak with Hades.
Noa makes her way to the underworld and speaks with its lord while she reveals more about herself and her past as an Epic. As she discovers more, her final interrogation will lead her to a possible conspiracy affecting the world of imagination.
The Story: Kudranski delivers a fantastic story in this issue. I love the world of this series and how nonchalant Noa is surrounded by the strangeness of it. I like getting to know her more as a character and its an interesting contrast from the first arc to see a character embrace who and what they are as a bigger conspiracy grows in the shadows.
The Art: Kudranski truly lives up to the One Man Art moniker pulling double duty with making both the story and the art equally compelling.
