The Rundown: Silk and Saya Ishii team up to stop Kasha from fulfilling her master plan.
Saya asks Silk for help stopping a powerful enemy. The two include Albert and Lola in their scheme. They also use tech from Lola’s lab in their endeavors. Later, Silk and Saya face off against Kaya. Later, Saya escapes a compromising situation. Finally, Cindy Moon has an interesting conversation with J. Jonah Jameson.
The Story: Goo does an excellent job in neatly wrapping up this series. The highlight of this chapter is the relationship between Silk and Saya. Their interactions are fun and interesting. I love how their bickering mixes in sexual tension. This pair could easily flow between best friends, lovers, or arch enemies. While I’m sad this story is over, I appreciate the way that it is given an ending that sets the stage for future tales.
The Art: Detailed drawings are highlighted by brilliant bold colors. The actions scenes are well done and interesting. And the tone perfectly matches the story.
