The Rundown: The Captain takes on Queen Bee as Freddie learns the truth.
Billy has been captured by Garguax and learns the truth about his attack on the moon. An attack that he was manipulated into by the gorillas. An attack they decide to continue when they don’t get any word back from the Captain.
At the same time, the gods continue to squabble over the mess they’ve made controlling Billy and Freddie discovers the truth. Unfortunately, he might be too late as Billy finds himself confronting Queen Bee with Zeus in control.
The Story: Waid continues to craft an entertaining and lively story for the Captain in this issue. There are great moments of humor throughout the issue and I love the tone of this series. The action is great and everything that is building for Billy and his siblings continues to be engaging and interesting enough to keep me reading on.
The Art: Dan Mora’s art is beautifully detailed and visually complex. There are some truly fantastic images that are exciting to see.
