The Rundown: Wanda fights to return from the underworld as her friends fight to save the Earth.
Wanda finds herself being possessed by an old enemy before throwing off its influence and continuing her journey. Unfortunately, the next step of her journey will bring her face to face with a deadly variant of herself who she believed to be dead.
At the same time, Darcy pays a visit to a dangerous enemy of Wanda’s to plead for her help. Back in Lotkill, Pietro and Lorna continue to fight to save the town as their enemy decides to take the entire planet instead.
The Story: Orlando crafts some awesome action, thrills and suspense throughout this issue. The story continues to create an interesting world for Wanda and the reader as she grows and evolves as a character throughout this arc. I am enjoying the tone of this story a lot and how Wanda showcases the changes and growth that she has made. I look forward to seeing what happens next.
The Art: Dauterman and Camagni deliver some beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of the worlds being created in this series and this issue especially.
