The Marvel Cinematic Universe’s smallest hero is returning for a third film and Marvel Studios has found a writer for the upcoming film.
According to an exclusive in The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel has brought in Rick and Morty writer and co-producer Jeff Loveness to write the script for the third Ant-Man film. Loveness is a comedy writer known for his work on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Rick and Morty and the Daniel Radcliffe comedy series Miracle Workers.
Loveness is no stranger to the comic book world as well. He has written several Marvel titles including Guardians of the Galaxy: Groot, Rocket Raccoon and Groot and Nova. He is the writer of the limited series Judas as well as Strange Skies Over East Berlin for Boom! Studios.
