The Rundown: Edison and Elijah go looking for answers while their enemy flexes his power.

On the run from the police, Edison has found his missing older brother Elijah who is patching up the younger siblings injuries and showing him how he is just as smart as his famous little brother. After getting him on his feet, the pair are contacted by the mysterious Froth Schroeder who has contacted the police and sent them after the brothers.

After barely escaping again, the brothers race towards their father’s lab in order to understand what his murder has to do with Mars. At the same time, their new enemy releases something new and deadly to stop them.

The Story: Millar crafts a thrilling, cool and incredibly clever story in this issue. I love the tone of this story and how deliberate all of the action is as Edison is constantly put on his back foot. I also loved seeing his Elijah showcase how skilled and intelligent he is. Their dynamic is awesome and captures some interesting and compelling sibling moments. It’s going to be interesting to see how that dynamic evolves throughout the series.

The Art: Landini delivers amazing art throughout the issue. The action is visually stunning and compelling.
