The Rundown: Theta attempts to lead the human targets off world with the Predators in pursuit.
The Predators discover the body of their fallen colleague and go on the hunt for the humans that killed it. At the same time, more dangerous creatures emerge in the preserve to be hunted. Theta leads the surviving humans through the jungle in search of the Predator ship and the information she needs from it.
After getting what she needs, Theta finds herself dealing with the other humans who are shocked to discover how long they’ve been gone. When a Predator is spotted by the group, one of them panics causing all of them to be put in harms way.
The Story: Brisson crafts an entertaining and exciting story in this issue. The action is fantastic and I love that even with the characters revealing more about themselves and their circumstances, the mystery in the story continues to evolve. There is some great tension throughout the story and the plot builds on that tension brilliantly right up to the epic and terrifying cliffhanger.
The Art: Diaz delivers some great visuals throughout the issue. The art perfectly captures the deadly isolation of the environment and the terror of the characters.
