The Rundown: Adam is separated from his power and fights to retrieve it while his friends look for him.
A group of space heroes fight an invasion from a group of enemies hoping to lure out Lord Power. When the hero finally arrives, the battle takes a difficult turn when a wormhole is created and the power gem that fuels him is removed and lost. As Adam returns to his human form, he is lost and separated from his friends.
In the aftermath, Adam finds himself with a new group hunting information about a treasure lost in the galaxy. At the same time, his old team is on the hunt for him to bring him back.
The Story: As a kid, I was a huge fan of this world and its characters. This story has some fun action, interesting characters and great energy. I really enjoyed the story and the characters a lot and look forward to seeing more of this world and the one that it is crafting.
The Art: V Ken Marion delivers fantastic art throughout this issue. I love the visual style of this issue and how detailed and immersive the action is.
