The Rundown: Pine & Merrimac infiltrate a dangerous meeting.
In the past, Linnea confronts the reality of her inability to deal with violence by talking to doctors and more before she finally makes a decision to change her life. A change her future husband completely agrees with.
In the present, the husband and wife team use the stolen robes they found on the island to infiltrate a dangerous gathering that will test Linnea as well as showcase how dangerous their case is.
The Story: Starks continues to craft a fun and engaging adventure featuring great characters that I enjoy getting to know. I like that the story takes the time to flesh out more of Linnea’s story through her personal struggles and I like the dynamic between the lead characters. The mystery within the story continues to be compelling and I look forward to seeing what happens next.
The Art: Galan delivers some beautifully detailed and compelling art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of the series and the art enhances all of the character moments as well as the action.
