The Rundown: In the wake of a personal tragedy, Ben makes a surprising decision.
Ben’s old partner comes to pick him up and continues to pressure him to retire. Unfortunately, the death of one son and the incarceration of another makes that impossible as he goes to see his son about the continued presence of No/One and the killer who took his brother.
At the same time, the police investigate another high profile murder and discover No/One watching them. After losing the vigilante during a chase, one of the men of the original list decides to use Ben for his own purposes until the man makes a public and shocking decision.
The Story: Higgins and Buccellato craft an entertaining and thrilling mystery within this issue. I continue to be engaged and intrigued with the world of this story and its complicated characters. The story takes some great twists and turns throughout and the reader is always on the precipice of discovery along with the characters. There is some great action in the issue as well and the story has so many great character moments that I want to know more about them and their world.
The Art: Borges delivers some beautiful art in the issue. The action and character moments look fantastic and brilliantly showcase the tone of the story.
