Luke is doing the best he can to help out Harlem and his reputation and popularity are growing. As he cleans up the streets, an old foe fights to solidify her position as Queen of the Harlem underworld and a new threat shows the unbreakable Luke Cage that he isn’t as invulnerable as he thought. Both villains threaten to push the hero towards the darkness that he’s been fighting against as a new war for Harlem begins.
After clearing his name, Luke Cage has become a celebrity on the streets of Harlem with a reputation as bulletproof as his skin. But being so visible has only increased his need to protect the community and find the limits of who he can and can’t save. With the rise of a formidable new foe, Luke is forced to confront the fine line that separates a hero from a villain.
Luke Cage returns June 22nd only on Netflix.
