The Rundown: Namor travels to Latveria and finds an unexpected secret.
As Namor and Luke Cage head to Latveria to find something that will help them with the Jim Hammond problem, Eudora continues her research on the android. Research that will make her the target of an unexpected attack. Things get more interesting for Namor and Cage as well when they are greeted by an army of Doom Bots and an unexpected revelation.
Namor finds himself in another battle when the two discover something that could challenge Namor’s beliefs that he is trying to save humanity. A battle that will reveal not only the possibility of a deeper conspiracy with Atlantis at its heart but also the location of a former ally turned enemy.
The Story: An entertaining story from Cantwell that continues to engage the reader with great characters, circumstances and motivations. I love seeing Namor more vulnerable and seasoned by both his triumphs and mistakes. His dynamic with Luke is great and I love seeing how this world evolves and changes. I look forward to seeing what happens next and what twists the story will take.
The Art: Ferry delivers some visually engaging art in the issue. The style is great for this story and the characters.
