Deron GenerallyDisney Plus has released a new trailer for the upcoming return of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Set ten years after the events of “Revenge of the Sith”, Obi-Wan is in hiding on Tatooine, but the reach of the Empire is long and Obi-Wan’s peaceful exile might not last for long.
The series stars Ewan McGregor, reprising his role as the iconic Jedi Master, and also marks the return of Hayden Christensen in the role of Darth Vader. Joining the cast are Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell and Benny Safdie.
“Obi-Wan Kenobi” will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on Friday, May 27, with the first two episodes. Following the premiere, the series will stream weekly on Wednesdays, until the finale on Wednesday, June 22.
