Deron GenerallyMarvel’s Cloak & Dagger has gotten rave reviews from critics and fans for its first season and it’s only appropriate that the announcement of a new season should happen at this year’s San Diego Comic Con.
According to Deadline, the second season of the series was announced by Marvel TV boss Jeph Loeb during the show’s panel at Comic Con and should be expected around Spring 2019.
Cloak & Dagger is the story of Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson, two teenagers who develop super powers that link them together. They work together to fight crime as well as solve the mystery of their powers and their connection.
Not much was revealed about the second season, but the key art that was released seemed to show that both Tandy and Tyrone will be taking on an actual physical threat in the new season.
