Based on The Strangers written by Bryan Bertino, Chapter 1 is produced by Courtney Solomon, Mark Canton, Christopher Milburn, Gary Raskin, Alastair Burlingham and Charlie Dombek. From a story by Bryan Bertino, the film is written by Alan R. Cohen & Alan Freedland and directed by Renny Harlin.
