The Rundown: Clark and Kara travel through their nightmares while a friend fights to wake them up.

Kara’s nightmare visit with her father allows her to finally fight back and decide that the best way to escape her nightmare was to enter Clark’s. The two team up and fight back against an army of Kara doubles. At the same time, Aquaman and Mera gather the forces of Atlantis to protect the surface world when they discover they are immune to the sleep attack.

Arthur and Mera take the sleeping Superman to SuperCorp while Clark infiltrates and rescues Lois from her nightmare. As the man of steel faces off against the manifestation of his fear, Aquaman takes on one of the Sleepless Knights in order to give Mera time to wake up Superman and the rest of the world.

The Story: Williamson crafts a fun and entertaining story in this issue. The deeper dive into the fears of both Superman and Supergirl is well done. The story is thrilling and I love the addition of Aquman and Mera in the story. The plot has some great personal moments for the character as well as an effective connection to the Knight Terrors storyline that makes interested in seeing what comes next.

The Art: Reilly delivers some great art throughout the issue. The visuals are bright, beautifully detailed and do a great job of connecting with the tone of the story.
